Sie begannen unter dem Namen The Tyrones in Philadelphia Anfang 1956 und machten bis 1958 Aufnahmen, darunter auch in Bill Haleys Chester Studio unter Mithilfe von Franny Beecher, Rudy und Al Pompilli. Es begab sich 1960, dass Tyrones Mitglied Al 'Dean' DeNittis Bill Haleys Saxophonisten Rudy Pompilli auf einer Südamerika-Tournee ersetzte. Während dieser Tournee nahmen sie gemeinsam 6 Songs in Perus Hauptstadt Lima auf, die bis heute unveröffentlicht blieben und auf dieser CD erstmalig zu hören sind! Dies' ist pure Musik-Geschichte in seiner adäquatesten Form!
