Oz Welch has been hammering out badass customs and slicker-than-snot sleds for over thirty years. He says that he painted his first car at age nine, and for a nine year old, it came out pretty good. Given his life-long passion for customs, and his impressive work history and client list, it wasn't a big surprise that this '47 turned out as nice as it did.
